Reinforcement of the BSEC-URTA International Secretariat

The new appointed BSEC-URTA Deputy Secretary General Mr. Alpdogan Kahraman began his term-of-office with 1 April 2018.

He started his career in foreign trade and logistics, after, in 2008, entered International Transporters Association (UND) as an expert for international transportation to Russia, CIS and Middle Eastern Countries. While his activity in UND, he was responsible for the relations with BSEC-URTA, worked actively with Union’s Member Associations and other international organizations, such as TRACECA.

Alpdogan Kahraman will serve in BSEC-URTA as Deputy Secretary General, combining this role with the position of Member of the Executive Committee in UND.
